Who can be treated?
Physical therapy can be administered to ANYONE who has a prescription from
an M.D., D.O., D.M.D., D.P.M., or D.D.S.
CMPT Associates' therapists are trained in all areas of physical therapy. |
Personalized Care
CMPT Associates' physical therapists tailor each treatment program to the
specific need of the individual patient. They use a combination of the most up-to-date
treatment techniques with state-of-the-art modality and exercise equipment. |
Payment for Services
CMPT Associates will process all insurance claims. CMPT participates with
most types of insurance and will accept assignment. CMPT's professional billing staff is
available to answer any of your insurance questions. If you do not have health care
coverage, CMPT will work with you to make special financial arrangements. |
